Positive: The appartment is very spatious for a family or group of four. It is well decorated and modern. Space heating and wifi were working very well. The location is very convenient, very close to a tram stop and a few stops to the town center, to supermarkets and shops. The building is very quiet and the area looked very safe.
Negative: The kitchen had nothing as a welcome, not even water in the fridge. Although it was Christmas, there was no decoration in the flat to create a warm atmosphere. We were asked to collect and drop our waste before leaving, which normally should be done by the cleaning service. Thete is no possibility to store luggage before check-in or after check-out (which was at 10 a.m.).

Positive: The apartment is modern and nicely decorated. It was close to everything we needed. The space was clean and the bedrooms, kitchen and lounge are spacious. Getting in and out of the apartment was easy. The hosts were quick to answer our questions.
Negative: There is only one bathroom and it’s very small. In the shower there was no where to keep our own soap or toiletries. Though we were fine getting large luggage up the last flight of stairs can be a challenge for some people. (The elevator only goes to the 3rd floor and it’s on the 4th)
Summary: A lovely, central apartment close to public transport and within walking distance of food and shops.

Positive: The apartment was nicely updated and very clean and quiet. The living room was cozy and large enough for all of us to sit together. We would definitely stay again.
Negative: Even with detailed instructions it was a little difficult to find the key and elevator but it all made sense later.

Positive: The location was perfect. It was very close to the historic old town in Heidelberg - 10 min walk. It was highly convenient for my husband travelling for work everyday. He was able to catch buses everyday just under the apartment. Although it is on a main road, the apartment felt private and quiet. The amenities were excellent. We were travelling with a young baby and the apartment host supplied us with a travel cot and a high chair. We were able to prepare meals in the very equipped kitchen. The communication from the host was on point. They supplied guests with a website that include check in instructions, check out, restaurant recommendations, instructions about broiler and etc. It was very informative and helpful! The layout of the apartment was perfect for a young family. The living room was very comfortable and big! Our baby had a large playspace and we were able to enjoy movies at night. There are two generously sized bedrooms.
Negative: The pillows supplied were very soft. We communicated some hygiene issues with bathroom for the cleaners to correct.
Summary: High recommend our stay with MyStay and look forward to staying again.
